The subscription payment for IHG Frontline can be made directly online via the administrator portal, by clicking on Pay for Establishment below the menu bar on the left (below Log Out). Please note that the subscription payment can only be made through the General Manager's account on IHG Frontline.

Clicking on the Pay By Credit Card button will redirect you to the 2Checkout payment portal, where you can settle the subscription payment using your credit card. Selecting the Pay By EFT button (Electronic Funds Transfer) will let our system know that you will be paying later, either by wire transfer or by cheque.
In case your account is deactivated, you are able to reactivate the account directly online by clicking on the Pay By Credit Card button will redirect you to the 2Checkout payment portal, where you can settle the subscription payment using your credit card. Selecting the Pay By EFT button (Electronic Funds Transfer) will let our system know that you will be paying later. Please note, EFT payments could take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Once the subscription payment is settled, please send proof of payment (e.g. a scanned cheque or SWIFT confirmation) to email@example.com, including the INN code of your establishment, so we can update your account accordingly. As soon as the payment is logged in our system, your subscription is activated. Please note EFT and Cheque payments could take up to 10 business days to be processed.

As of 1 February 2017, all IHG Frontline subscriptions and renewals will be pro-rata on a monthly basis ending 31 December 2017. The pro-rata amount grants you access to all IHG and Lobster Ink courses as well as new IHG courses coming in 2017.
