As the General Manager, you are able to assign the Frontline Lead for your establishment. Before doing so, please make sure to check if the manager has a profile on IHG Frontline and if the administrator rights are enabled for this account. You are able to transfer this role at any time, by following the below steps.
Note: in case you want to assign multiple "lead managers", you can assign administrator rights to as many Learners in All Departments as you like (i.e. the accounts must not be entered in any department or outlet), allowing them to oversee the entire establishment, just like the Frontline Lead. Please refer to this article.
Step 1: Once you are logged in, click Admin to go to the Admin portal.

Step 2: Click Manage Establishment on the navigation bar.
Step 3: Select Assign new Lead.
Step 4: Select/search the learner from the drop-down menu that you would like to add as a Lobster Lead.
Step 5: Click Assign once you have selected the learner.
Step 6: A pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm assigning the Lobster Lead role. Click Confirm Change.
