As an administrator, and as manager for that matter, you are responsible for entering the practical assessment marks for your Learners. Without these practical assessments, Learners cannot fully complete their course and subsequently download their certificate. The six steps below explain this action in more detail.
Step 1: On your Admin Portal, click the Manage Practical Marks button.

Step 2: You can use this Practicals page to search for practical marks of individual Learners. To add new practical assessment marks, click on the Add Practical Marks button in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select the Learner from the list by clicking on Select Learner next to Learner.
Tip: type the first few letters of the Learner’s name when you have selected the drop-down menu in order to jump to that Learner directly.
Step 4: Once you have selected the Learner that you want to enter the practical marks for, you select the course from the list by clicking on Select Course next to Course.
Step 5: In the Learner's profile, insert the correct Mark for the relevant lessons, enter the Date on which the practical assessment was performed, and provide a Comment, where necessary.
Step 6: When you have entered all information, click on Save to store the practical marks in the Learner's profile.
If the Learner has successfully completed all theoretical and practical assessments, the course is marked as completed, allowing the Learner to download the certificate from the Learner Portal.
