There are a number of reports available on your admin portal to assess the performance and progress of your Colleagues.
Click on Admin, and select Course Report.
Establishment Course Summary
Under the Course Report section of the Admin tab, you will find the Establishment Course Summary. The Establishment Course Summary is a downloadable, detailed report providing you with a per-learner breakdown for the selected course. The report shows the highest score achieved for each subject's theory and practical assessment.

The Course Progress report shows you the progress your colleagues are making in their assigned courses. This report gives you a very visual indication of progress per course, showing the number of subjects in a course, a number of colleagues assigned to it, the course completion percentage, and the monthly change. You can also view individual learner progress by clicking on the course title in the Course Name column, which will generate a list of learners who have been assigned that course, below the main table.
In addition, you are able to sort each column in the table to find the courses with the highest (or lowest) completion rates, by clicking on the completion percentage. The same goes for the final column, Monthly Change, as this will allow you to determine which course shows the biggest change in your establishment.
Department Averages Per Course
The Department Averages per Course report shows the number of assessments written and the average score achieved for all assessments in a particular course, organised by the department.
You can search for a specific department under Department column. To see how different departments are performing on a specific course, search for under the Course column. Finally, you are able to sort the number of Tests Written to view which courses have the highest or lowest number of assessments written or Average Score, to view which courses achieved the highest or lowest average score.
Certificates can be used to identify which colleagues have completed a course within a specified period. Simply select the course, enter the period and click Get Certificates.
A list of certificates will generate below. Click Download Certificates in order to download and distribute them to your colleagues.
