Following a course on IHG Frontline means that you will be watching video lessons, which can be watched at any moment, in your own time, and at your own pace. As soon as you have watched all required videos of one particular subject in a course, you are able to write the assessment. Note that you are able to watch videos as many times as you need. This article explains the process of starting a new course step by step.
Step 1: On the Learner Portal, click on the Course Outline button to start watching the first video lesson.
If the course that you want to start is not yet listed as your Current Course, you can find this course on your Learner Dashboard and click on the padlock icon. This can be done with any course on your dashboard.
Step 2: To start the video, either click on the play icon in the video player or on the Watch Video button.
Step 3: After watching this lesson, you can continue to watch the following videos by clicking Next Video. You can sign out whenever you want, the system will automatically save your progress of watched videos.
You can easily continue where you left off when you log back into IHG Frontline. The system saves progress in terms of videos watched and assessments written. Use the Learner Portal to access your current course.
Step 1: On the Learner Portal, click on the image of your Current Course to access the course outline.
Step 2: Go to the current level and subject of your current course and click on Watch now to start.
