Choosing a Frontline Lead
The Frontline Lead is the person responsible for driving engagement within your property. Your Training or Learning and Development Manager is a good choice, as they tend to have the necessary experience in setting up training programmes and are well equipped to successfully drive activity and course progression.
Due to the scope of this training, the selected Frontline Lead needs to be dedicated and have the capacity to drive IHG Frontline at your establishment. This is an important role and should not be taken lightly. Your Learners’ progress and success depend largely on the involvement and enthusiasm of the Frontline Lead.
Thereafter, your level of involvement is entirely up to you. As General Manager, you have your personal login details that allow you to access all the training content available to your establishment, as well as monitor your colleagues' performances and activity throughout the training programme of IHG Frontline.
