To successfully work through one course per month, your Learners will need to spend approximately an average time of 30 minutes, three times a week on IHG Frontline. You can use this metric as a guideline in setting up a training schedule for your team. Other factors to consider for a successful training schedule:
- Whether designated training facilities are available.
- Whether your establishment has allocated training times.
- The number of Learners that will need to be trained.
This will determine whether individual learning or mentor-facilitated training is better suited for your internal situation. Additionally, we would like you to take into account that getting Learners through their learning material will take time, and that training during off-peak periods, or after working hours may be necessary.
Reinforcing a training schedule
Motivate Learners to stick to their deadlines by scheduling practical assessments in advance, this is a step toward successful learning. Learners must complete the theoretical and practical assessments to receive a certificate. Further incentivising can be done by scheduling and hosting regular award ceremonies.
