There are four stages in the IHG Frontline launch process:
1. As the General Manager you will need to confirm your hotel details and nominate your Frontline Lead.
2. Your nominated Frontline Lead will need to create your hotel structure and provide manager details for the various departments at your hotel.
3. Department and Outlet Managers need to add all learners so that their login details can be generated.
4. Your Frontline Lead and department managers need to launch IHG Frontline officially at your hotel and distribute learner login details.
Once your managers have added their learners you will receive email communication from Lobster Ink to confirm that your learners have been added to the IHG Frontline platform. From then on you will receive a monthly report indicating the progress they are making.
